Welcome to the Lakeshore Village South (LSVS) website. LSVS is a 55+ community of 16 buildings each consisting of two villas. Each home has its own unique floorplan and may consist of 2 or 3 bedrooms and several enclosed patios. We are both people and pet friendly. We are the immediate neighbors of Lakeshore Village (LSV) although we (the white roofs) are a distinct community from LSV (the red roofs) with independent condominium Boards and Rules. 

We are located just off the corner of Clark and Beneva Roads and only minutes from most everything that Sarasota has to offer including fabulous restaurants, shopping, cultural and entertainment venues and, of course, world famous #1 Siesta Key Beach.
